Couldn't agree more that it is a matter of what you expose your child to. We have a three year old. And she loves fish, artichoke, apple, banana, carrots, chicken, and a turkey casarole I make with spaghetti squash. We really curtail the sweets (home made breads, or frozen yogurt on occaision) and processed foods.

I agree with you...Variety offers the best nutrition and fun .If we fill our children s meal with a variety of food ,their enjoyment will increase with their health.Different color foods have different nutritional value.Learn more on http://www.habitchanger.com/
