I love hibiscus tea. I drank it for the first time when I was Egypt and was hooked. Now I get my fix from a local family who sells tamales and Agua de Jamaica from a van in my neighborhood. Sometimes I make it, but for some reason, I enjoy it so much more when someone else makes it.

I love it too - I had it for the first time at a market in Oaxaca. They served it in a plastic baggy with a straw. Strange delivery method but so delicious.
