These are awesome ideas! I wish we could have nuts in our home but we cannot because of our little boy's food allergies. We do try to make all kinds of healthy choices though including lots of fresh fruit and veggies, whole grains (trying Kamut Khorasan Wheat this week!!!) and we drink only water through out the day - and guess what? OUr kids LOVE it! Sure, occasional treats are offered but in moderation. Most of our diet is healthy!
