Congrats to Saria and the many other school nurse leaders who are striving against the odds to make a "population based diffference" in school communities. Staying current and maximizing pre- exisiting resources as one of the biggest challenges nurses working in schools face. Did you know that Saria is also a doctoral student at Rush university and mother of two!!! As her long time mentor, I can tell you that she is more than determined to help make our world a "greener and better place" for all. Phyllis Pelt
