You make some sound points. I am going to buy this book for my nephew! Thanks for the info

www.neatsolutions.com has some excellent book selections on healthy eating for preschool and elementary age kids. My all time favorite is Monsieur Saguette and his Baguette. I pull on a beret, stick a baguette under my arm, and perform this for preschoolers. It's a blast, and then we sample a variety of unusual and whole grain breads.
