Cooking up Change Video Spotlight: Giving Students a Chance to Shape School Food

At this year's Cooking up Change, chef instructors were a critical part of students' progress and success. Here, Chef Keith Morris of Tilden Career Academy describes the power of seeing students working toward their own vision of school food.
