Mmmmmm....that looks yummy. People love seafoods like salmon not just because they taste great, but because they are very healthy. In Japan, salmon is consumed raw as sashimi. One of my favorite salmon dishes is the simple steamed salmon with lemon and dill. Another is the grilled salmon with asparagus, quickly cooked on the George Foreman grill.

Grilled salmon with a scent of cedar is a unique recipe! It’s suitable for river or beach outings – perfect for hikers as a reward for reaching the peak of a mountain. Imagine having that while feasting on a basket of fresh fruits and taking in the awesome view from a mountain peak. Ahhh! That would be quite an experience!
