Concerned about healthy and clean schools for students and staff? Concerned about the environment? Want to be part of a national movement to promote green cleaning in schools? You're invited to join us at the 2011 Green Clean Schools National Summit!
September 13, 2011, 8:15 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Service Employees International Union
1800 Massachusetts Ave., NW, Washington, DC
The summit will bring together national organizations, corporate leaders, state activists and concerned individuals to discuss key strategies -- from state policy to school-level communications and more -- to bring health-promoting green cleaning practices to more schools.
Summit attendees will hear from representatives of national school stakeholder groups, learn about successful communication efforts, discuss responses to common objections and get updates on policy and product development. Most importantly, the summit will provide the opportunity for local activists, school stakeholders and national organizations to make connections and develop strategies to help more schools go green.
