Healthy Schools Campaign traveled to Colorado earlier this summer to kick off the Colorado School Nurse Leadership Institute that was hosted by The Colorado Health Foundation with the Colorado Department of Education. Cody Belzley of the Colorado Children’s Campaign discussed obesity and provided an overview of state and federal laws to help school nurses take advantage of school wellness resources.
