We're always excited for extra attention around Cooking up Change -- and this week, we were particularly thrilled to be featured on Chicago television thanks to WGN's Lunchbreak segment. With team mentor Chef Matt Eversman and a student from Clemente Community Academy, viewers learned how to make Baked Cajun Mac N' Cheese, designed by Clemente Community Academy students for Cooking up Change in 2010.
